Supportworks ESP includes a comprehensive range of features and tools for providing real-time and regular management reporting capability. Simple ad-hoc reports can be created using the report wizard. Reports are available in data and graphical format and can be scheduled to run periodically, with automated distribution to management or customers via email, FTP or the web.
