Who should attend?

This course is suited to those already familiar with Supportworks ITSM Enterprise and its administration. Delegates must previously have attended the Supportworks ITSM Enterprise for Administrators course. Attendees typically include Service / Configuration / Change & Release Managers, application administrators and designated support contacts.
