Track Service costs with Financial Management
Costs for the provisioning of Services can be tracked through Supportworks Financial Management, to define the cost of required components for a service, the cost of each request, and the price for each available Service Level to the customer.
Service component costs can be rolled up into an overall Service cost, with an ability to identify a per user cost for each Service. You can report on overall expenditures for your Services, to see where Services can be improved and money saved.
