Raise and process Service Requests with Request Fulfilment
Supportworks ITSM allows customers to raise Service Requests (including Subscription Requests) through the SelfService Portal. Standard Business Processes can be defined for Service Requests, to offer a consistent and measurable means to fulfilling a Customer request. Similarly, standard sets of queries can be defined for Service Requests, to capture full requirements from the end user as part of the Service Request.
Logged Service Requests are visible within the Supportworks Client, with a full range of request management functionality.
